Engine oil additive (Tribotechnical compound)  "Active STANDARD" is an additive in engine oil for the restoration of the piston group and other friction units.

The compound is intended for processing:
automobile non-turbocharged gasoline and diesel engines with a volume of up to 1.6 liters. For engines with other characteristics, the composition "Active PLUS" is used;
engines of 2-stroke motor vehicles: mopeds, trimmers, chainsaws, outboard motors, other tools and vehicles with two-stroke engines.

The composition restores the friction surfaces, protects them from wear, due to which:
reduces oil burnings;
eliminates bullies;
increases power and acceleration;
reduces exhaust smoke;
restores and smoothes compression;
reduces fuel consumption;
extends engine life by 2-2.5 times;
reduces the risk of bullying in case of emergency oil loss.
 
Tribotechnical compound does not react with motor oils and their packages of chemical additives, does not change their properties and characteristics, suitable for all types of motor oils.

The tribotechnical compound - engine oil additive Atomium Active STANDARD is designed for thetreatment of non-powered gasoline and diesel engines with a working volume of less than 1.6 liters and an oil volume of less than 5 liters. Being in the engine oil, the composition creates conditions for the formation of a special protective layer of metal particles on the friction surfaces that appeared as a result of engine wear. This layer is stronger than a conventional surface and is able to hold a dense oil film due to its porous structure.

The stronger the friction, the higher the loads at local surface contacts, the more active the construction of a new layer is. With the gradual leveling of the surfaces and compaction of the oil film, the frequency and force of contact of the parts decreases, the formation of the layer stops.

The restoration of worn areas leads to the optimization of friction gaps, and the increased oil-holding capacity of the surface allows the engine oil to better cope with its functions.

In different parts of the engine, this leads to a number of positive changes in operation:

The compression in the cylinders increases and levels out, which increases the completeness of fuel combustion and reduces its consumption, improves pick-up.
The consumption of oil is reduced "on fumes", since its breakthrough into the combustion chamber is reduced.
The oil pressure in the system is normalized by restoring the pump.
The "clacking" of hydraulic compensators disappears.
Noise and vibrations are reduced.
The smokiness decreases when the engine is running.
Reducing friction facilitates the operation of the engine and significantly slows down further wear, which leads to an increase in the life of the unit by 2-2.5 times.

The ability of the protective layer to hold the oil film even with a long idle makes it easier to start the engine, especially in the cold, and also protects against wear when the oil overheats during long traffic jams.

In new cars, the composition accelerates the running-in of parts, reduces wear, which preserves the performance characteristics of the new engine for a long time.


Restoring the friction surfaces, motor oil additive - tribotechnical compound Active STANDARD returns the engine parts to their original shape, which improves their functionality and allows the engine to return to its nominal performance characteristics with mileage.

The design of the engine does not affect the efficiency of the composition, since it affects only the friction pairs. In particular, the composition can be used:

To increase compression.
The restoration of the inner surface of the cylinders improves the fit of the compression rings. This increases and evens out the compression. This improves the combustion of fuel and reduces its consumption.

Increasing the hydraulic density of the piston ring - cylinder assembly also prevents oil from entering the combustion chamber and reduces its consumption. Reducing the breakthrough of gases into the crankcase preserves the properties of the engine oil, allowing it to work longer.

For cars with high mileage.
The restoration of the CPG, camshafts, valve rods, crankshaft necks and other friction units prolongs the life of the engine with mileage and improves its characteristics.

To restore hydtaulic compensators.
Restoring the surface of the plungers of the hydraulic compensators normalizes the oil pressure in the node and returns its functionality.

For cleaning the engine.
The tribocomposition helps to clean the friction surfaces from hard deposits and varnish deposits. It is recommended to apply a soft flushing of the oil system at the first stage of processing, to clean channels, nozzles and other system elements.

For coking.
The tribotechnical composition contributes to the safe restoration of the functionality of the piston rings, due to the mechanical cleaning of deposits, if their partial mobility is still preserved. To clean completely stationary rings, the composition will be ineffective.

To extend the life of the engine.
The principle of operation of the tribocomposition is to restore the friction surfaces. The improvements achieved due to this in the operation of the nodes have a positive effect on the operation of the entire engine. The completeness of fuel combustion increases, the amount of pollution in exhaust gases decreases, which prolongs the service life of fuel afterburners, reduces pollution in the combustion chamber, which is good for injectors and valves.

Application.

The tribotechnical compound - engine oil additive Atomium Active STANDARD is suitable for the treatment of  low-volume gasoline and diesel engines of passenger cars, as well as for treatment of  2-stroke engines of motorbikes: trimmers, chainsaws, outboard motors and so on.

Before use, it is necessary to shake the contents of the bottle thoroughly so that the active component in the form of a gray-green precipitate spreads throughout the entire volume of the bottle.

Treatment of car engines
Full treatment will require 2 or 3 stages.

The addition of the composition to the engine oil can be performed by any car owner on any passenger car independently.

However, it is important to pay attention to the points of the instructions attached to each bottle of the product so that it works as efficiently as possible.

The standard processing procedure is as follows:
1 bottle of the oil additive is added to the oil approximately 1000 kilometers before the planned regular oil change.
Another bottle  is added after replacement to fresh oil and works there throughout the entire inter-service run.
For cars with a mileage of more than 50,000 kilometers, to achieve maximum recovery effect, it is strongly recommended to add the compound for the 3rd time after the next oil change.
Processing of 2-stroke engines:
Warm up and turn off the engine.
Mix the contents of the bottle thoroughly so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the entire volume of the liquid.
Pour the composition into the fuel tank at the rate of 3 ml per 1 liter of fuel*.
Start the engine for 10-15 minutes.
Add the composition according to the same procedure at each refueling of the unit with fuel for 5-6 hours.

Use regular fuel for about 20 hours, and then repeat the treatment, adding the composition at each refueling for another 5-6 hours.

* Fuel - depending on the lubrication system, it can be pure gasoline (diesel) or a mixture of gasoline (diesel) and oil.
